Ordering, Pricing & Availability

We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.

All attendees of Caviste/The Spirits Room ticketed events must be 18 years or older. In line with the Company’s age verification policy (“Challenge 25”) and to comply with UK licencing law, attendees may be asked to produce photographic identification with proof of age. If you are not able to do so, you may be refused entry.

The Spirits Room website is subject to stock remaining on hand and to duty, exchange and market fluctuations. The prices shown are VAT inclusive per bottle unless otherwise indicated. You will appreciate that stock positions and prices are subject to continual change and revision. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a substitute of a similar item of equivalent or higher value or arrange an alternative resolution. Goods supplied remain Caviste property until payment has been received.

We retain the right to cancel an order and credit it in full.

Delivery & Returns

By placing an order on the The Spirits Room website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.

Gift Vouchers

eGift Cards are redeemable only via our website at this time. Gift Vouchers produced in-store are redeemable only via both our physical shops.

Payment

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Maestro and Paypal. You can have full confidence that our online ordering service is fully secure. All credit card transactions are processed using the highly secure payment gateway, Shopify. We never see your credit or debit card card details to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience for you. However, if you are an account holder our new site offers tokenisation which allows you to register your card encrypted on Shopify's highly secure servers, which makes paying much faster on future orders. Once you reach the order process, you will notice the web address at the top of the page will change to begin with https://www instead of http://www. This is a sign that you are on secure servers.

Please note that payment is taken only when your order has been confirmed and processed which will happen after a brief period (usually within 24 hours) after you have confirmed your order.

For queries regarding accounts, please email our part-time accounts team on accounts@caviste.co.uk We respectfully ask that you do not call the retail shop telephone numbers for accounting purposes.

Complaints in respect of quality or service will be attended to personally by the directors.

Cancellation of Orders

As you are entering into a distance selling contract, you may cancel your order at any time from the point of placing the order until 14 working days after the day the goods are delivered. If you wish to cancel, please notify us in writing or by using our contact form. Please note that a charge may be made to cover the cost of collecting goods in the event of a cancelled order that has already been delivered.

We retain the right to cancel an order and credit it in full if a payment does not meet the requirements of our stringent security checks.
