Returns
In the unlikely event you have received a spirit that is not what you ordered then please contact us within 14 days of purchase so we can fix it. If your order has arrived broken then please contact us immediately. Call 01256 263887 or email spirits@caviste.co.uk
Orders for goods (to be delivered) may be cancelled within 14 working days of receipt of goods. A full refund will be offered provided the goods remain in good condition and that the request to cancel is received in writing. You can tell us you want to cancel your order by emailing us at spirits@caviste.co.uk
Any cancelled order will be refunded as soon as possible, usually within a week, but in any event within 30 days. If returned items are not deemed to be in a saleable condition, a re-delivery fee will also be charged.
