We're passionate about making sure your spirits arrive on time and in pristine condition. We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days (Monday – Friday) between the hours of 9am and 5pm unless specified otherwise, but please say if you require next day delivery (orders before 2pm) and this can be arranged at an additional cost. We also offer Saturday deliveries at an additional cost.
All deliveries are made on our own vans or via our couriers.
DELIVERY RATES TO UK MAINLAND
FREE DELIVERY on orders £140 and over (some exclusions apply*)
£10.95 on orders £139.99 and under.
*Excludes Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland
Our courier will attempt to deliver the spirits twice. If the recipient fails to accept the delivery or to respond to the calling cards, the spirits will be held for collection at the courier’s depot for 5 working days. After this the spirits will be returned to us. We unfortunately have to charge for delivery again if you need us to resend the spirits. Every effort will be made to ensure the spirits is delivered first time. However it is the delivery recipient’s responsibility to communicate convenient delivery dates to Caviste or to our courier.

We can also offer delivery to most European Union countries. Prices on application.
Please note that additional costs (tax, duty etc.) may be levied by the destination Customs and Excise Services, and that it is your responsibility to pay for any additional costs applied to your order once the spirits reach the destination country.
